I know they have weekly rates but not sure about monthly. There appeared to be some RVs that were there long term though. We stayed for a week and made a one night deposit. Cancellation is 7 days prior. We had no problem with mosquitos the middle of June but don't know if that would extend to July....

Holiday does have monthly rates but you need to contact them to know their policies since we were only there 1 week. We didn't notice any mosquito problem....

There are daily and weekly rates. I don't see monthly rates advertised on their website; however, when we visited there appeared to be some long-term occupants. We stayed for a week and the deposit was for one night. The cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. We were there the middle of June and had no problem with mosquitos. Have fun!...

Yes the park has monthly rates and seasonal rates. I do not know about deposits or cancellation policies. From what I saw in my Oct stay, I would think there are mosquitoes in July-park is on a lake and has a lot of water close to most sites. By the way-this is a great park especially for any of the sites along the lake....
