Tip for Other Campers:
You are 30 minutes from Archer City, TX. This is the hometown of author Larry McMurtry and the inspiration and filming location for the book and movie "The Last Picture Show". His huge rare and used book store is also opening back up. It is very much worth a stop if you are a book lover.

Great location with excellent RV sites that are concrete and level. We camped at Lake Arrowhead State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
No real stores close by, so bring it all with you. The park does have ice and a few items. There is also a bait/gas/grocery/liquor store about 5 minutes away. It's very limited and pricy.
