This park is located one hour north of Phoenix and 1 1/2 hour south of Sedona. If you go to Sedona, Bell Rock offers lots of beautiful hikes. Montezuma's Castle National Monument (cliff dwellings) is 45 minutes north.
Quiet secluded RV park in Black Canyon City. Wide spaces, level ground, trees and mountains. We visited Rivers Edge RV Park, no overnight stay.

“Tucked away and cozy!”
Nightly Rate: $38 USD
Great hosts and a a nice park tucked away off highway 17. Little skeptic of a few long term tenants but overall would stay again! We camped at Rivers Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Book ahead and make sure they know the size and # of slide outs.
“Most sites offer some shade. Dog park is small and offers no afternoon/evening shade.”
Nightly Rate: $20 USD
Pool/hot tub clean and chemically balanced. Found the staff very helpful. Sites do have coaxed hookup We camped at Rivers Edge RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
