Cottonwood and Sedona are nearby for day trips and hikes. There's a SuperWalmart in Cottonwood. It's wine country, so there are tasting rooms, vineyards and restaurants nearby.

Tip for Other Campers:
There is *no* Wifi here. It is a paid service that is extra and frankly, only has 1-2 bars most hours of the days, so it makes me wonder why they want so much a day for that service. If you need wifi, best to bring your own!
