A nice quiet park with concrete pads, gravel and picnic tables. The 30 amp section of the park has been down for several months due to an electrical fire so FHU spots were limited this winter until...

Stayed one night in boondocking when we were allowed to move into FHU site. Sites are quite close together, but level with tables on a patio. We camped at Boneyard Vista RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Boneyard Vista RV Park

  • Rob Weisbecker DM is convenient to downtown. Many restaurants within a few miles of base, and starting to reopen. Mt Lemon it's a great drive with dinner shops and restaurants up in Summerhaven. Saguaro National Park is not too far. If you want to drive, Tombstone and Bisbee are fun to see. Karchner Caverns are interesting and not too far either.
  • MikePA Come onto base from Gate at E Golf Links Rd & S Craycroft Rd, take first left, RV park down 1 mile on left. No reservation taken so first come/first served on hookup sites, there are a few overflow sites with no hookups. I recommend driving through park first so see if anything is open because the host/services is horrible at keeping track. If coming in late and there is something open that is not on the list, just take it (especially if it's late Friday).
  • Anthony_215 We hiked Sabino Canyon, trails in Saguaro National Park, and visited the Sonoran Desert Museum. Tucson is a great food town with many great restaurants to explore. We enjoyed Postino Wine Cafe, Culinary Dropout and True Food Kitchen.
