“Great State Park.”
Nightly Rate: $40 USD
One if the nicest state parks we have been to. Spacious sites, most FHU. We will be back. We camped at Crater of Diamonds State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Murfreesboro is a nice little town. But, as there are Dollar Stores intown, there is no grocery store in town. Best to take what you may need or drive 10 to 12 miles to Walmart.

You must stop by the visitor center to check in before heading to your site. There is parking in front of the visitor center to check in. The sites are all pretty level and are all full hook up sites....

- Ronald Tebbetts Huntington is close by with lots to do. Good restaurants. Walmart is over the bridge in Ohio but it's not far away. It's paired with a Sam's Club.10 hours ago Beech Fork State Park

- Heather_860 Eat at the Hawks Nest State Park Lodge restaurant. The view of the river. Train bridge, train tracks and large groups of hawks soaring across the valley make for a relaxing meal and the food is good with very generous portions. First shower all year that I actually took my flip flops off. Floors were epoxy coated. We camped at Crater of Diamonds State Park in a Motorhome.
