Tips from campers about Outdoor Living RV Park

  • BillNSuki Due to the serpentine barricades at the main gate you may need to enter at the Growden gate for commercial traffic. My experience was that if the Ballards are in place youll have to go to Growden. If there are just plastic barriers security will move them for you. Go to the Alamo, you will remember it. Pay the $9 for the audio tour Walk the Riverwalk. Its one if not the best one you will experience Its an hour and 10 minutes to Austin, we did it and went to the LBJ Presidential Library. Worth the trip, parking is free and its only $9 to get in, less if your over 65 or a veteran. Another hour trip would be to the north west. It gets you to Texas Hill County. If youre looking for a winery we lost count on the road between Austin and Luckenbach (Rt. 290 and 101)
  • HappyWitchTravels Nicely located if one likes to take in the sights around San Antonio. The Riverwalk, Mexican Market, the Alamo and much more.
  • Melodycthomas Don't miss Market Sq user on the weekend. Lots of fun. The Alamo was small and crowded. Riverwalk is a must see. Mission San Jose was the best of the four on Mission Trail.
