Set in a beautiful area along the Rio Grande river and within the San Juan Mountains. Our site was 197, and along the county road (we registered late), so road noise was a bit much in the mornings....

The area is beautiful with 12,000 ft plus, mountains all around. Lots of good hiking trails, and ATV trails/roads. Rental of these is nearby if needed. The Bachelor Loop drive is a fantastic drive with even a decent car. But 4wd in inclement weather is needed.
