- Jana Yarbrough It is very close to Mesa Verde National Park where we hiked and looked at the amazing cliff dwellings. The train ride from Durango to Silverton and back is a must do. If you have bicycles, there is a great trail along the river in Durango. The park is also close to the National forest entrance where many took their ATVs to play.6 months ago Echo Basin Ranch
