He Resort is only five miles north of Sarasota/Bradenton where there is many great restaurants and stuff to explore. A must see is Detwilers Farmers Market.

- WMB Emerson Point Preserve is about a 5-10 minute drive. Great walking, biking trails. Borders Tampa Bay. Good spot for sunset if you don't want to drive to the beach. The River House Grill in Palmetto, has incredible food , atmosphere and prices.5 years ago Fisherman's Cove RV Resort
