Bring good bug spray (the bugs were aggressive because the campground is next to a lake, so not a complaint, just a FYI for those who attract bugs like I do ;) Theres plenty of food options conveniently located so thats a plus as we rolled in around dinner time. Lastly, easy off and easy on for highway access so another big plus for us.

The Farmhouse Restaurant down the access road is the same as it's been for decades. Food like it was at Grandma's house.
