“Wooded lots so you need to be careful entering and leaving sites. ”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
Staff was very courteous and helpful. They rent kayaks for $5 an hour. Able to kayak a large cove of branch lake in an hour. We camped at Branch Lake Camping Area in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips from campers about Branch Lake Camping Area
- RFitzsimmons Visit Bangor and see the Steven Kings house and Mt. Hope Cemetery, the inspiration for his novels. Paul Bunion statue ~25ft is in town as well. Great place to spend the day. Have lunch at the Sea Dog restaurant on the river. All the usual tourist stuff is available in Bar Harbor i.e. whale watching, puffin trips, etc.2 years ago Branch Lake Camping Area
