Beautiful campground among the trees, this really felt like camping, not just a parking lot full of RVs. The spots are tight but long enough for our 30ft class A and toad. Reservations were made...

Tip for Other Campers:

There is a sign that states trash cans are by the vendors, they wont let you drop it in the trash cans. Kind of rude people there. We ended up dropping it in the...

Tips from campers about Wild Duck Campground & RV Park

  • WanderingWoo777 Stay left when approaching the office the tree branches on the right are low. On the Vine is a nearby market with a great selection of beer, wine and specialty food. Pine point beach is dog friendly before 9AM. The Eastern trail is short drive down 9 and is great for biking, walking and bird watching. Short drive to Portland Head light, check out the Goddard mansion while there. About a 35 minute scenic ride to Kennebunkport, if you go there Alisons is nice lunch spot.

We visited Bug Light and Fort Williams Park, highly recommend both. The seafood chowder from On The Vine Marketplace, very near the campground, was excellent.
