We arrived at the entrance to the campground. You will turn off a paved road, and then travel down a long dirt and gravel, dusty road. (3 miles). Then you will have to pay another seven dollars on too...

Cleanliness

RV Trip Wizard had it as "Big Rig" accessible so we planned to stay at the campground. We've stayed in some tight spots before but this was not adequate for any RV trailers longer than 30 feet....

Tip for Other Campers:

Lots of elevation changes in this area. Surprising since you'd assume it would be pretty flat but it is punctuated with 500 foot bluffs. Do your research. 11 percent grade on some county roads.

No hookups. New, clean restrooms/showers. Nice trails & look out sites. Very nice fall colors in October. Requires $7/day or $25/year vehicle permit. Off the beaten path for very quiet private...
