“Could be a top park with some work”

We stayed a week at Rivertown Rose, first the pull through sites in the upper tier are not level. We had to use blocks and ramps and still were not level. I saw other motorhomes with their wheels off...

“Decent overnight space”

The people are friendly enough. The sites are spacious, but is definitely an overnight spot. We camped at Rivertown Rose Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

“Conveniently located for a quick overnight stay or for the many interesting attractions ”

Very friendly and helpful staff. The mens restroom/shower was dated but clean. Sites are very open to other sites but overall was very quiet. We camped at Rivertown Rose Campground in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Well be back to see the numerous civil war museums and attractions.

Well maintained, a lot of residents. Friendly, and all seem to get in around 6pm. Bath house was clean. If coming from US 61 S, there is a Sketchy U-Turn to get into the park for a tt or fifth wheel....
