We are sorry you felt this way about our Resort. The road coming in is two line but yes it is narrow however it is flat and paved. We have all the trees trimmed up so they will not hit a camper. Site #5 has partial lake view, as stated in your rental agreement sites can be requested but not guaranteed. We struggle to keep the grass growing and looking nice. The month of July there was no rain and 115 degrees so that makes it difficult. When mats are put down it suffocates the grass and kills it. Your camper was only 34' so that left you with 21' of concrete. We do not advertise that we have cable. We do offer high speed internet for streaming. We do have lengthy rental agreement to cover all the basis and liability. Cancellation policy is 30 days with 90% refunded. We do suggest you research and visit other campgrounds at the lake and than compare ours. Reviews like this we really take to heart. My husband and I work extremely hard to have a beautiful resort.
