“Great for fall colors”

Tips from campers about Deer Springs RV Park
- G&S Smith If you are going into the park from I75 on Hwy 627, be aware that the first hwy sign you come to says Ft. Boonesborough. This is the entrance to the rebuilt fort itself and if you turn there, you may not be able to turn around. The RV Park is near Franklin, NC, and reasonable driving distance to Highland, NC to the east or Hayesville, NC to the west. Also nearby are Wayah Bald and other state parks and waterfalls. Also nearby is the Appalachian Trail.
