Only thing that's bad is that there is no dump station at this park. Dump your tanks before you get here. We camped at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Frisco Campground in a Truck Camper.

Tip for Other Campers:
Run by volunteer hosts. Lots of seafood places in the area. Expect to pay a premium resort rate.
We walked from the campground to Hatteras Lighthouse. It was 11 miles round trip.

Tip for Other Campers:
Be mindful on the weekends that this campground is a party haven for some of the locals and sound carries quite far. The shower stalls do not have a bench (sorely needed) and the water is not hot.
