Tip for Other Campers:
Be careful of using your GPS when finding this park. Ours told us to use roads that are not RV friendly with an entrance that wasn't a road. The entrance is on Roundhouse Road just 1/10th of a mile from Mineral Road. Find the campground by navigating through the town of New Marshfield.

Tip for Other Campers:
Hocking Hills State Park is really cool as are the loads of ancient earthworks in the area. There are a multitude of those earthworks within a 2 hour drive. The great circle in Newark and the serpent mound in Peebles are both worth a visit. Not much in the area in the way of nicer locally-owned sit down type restaurants.

It was very easy to extend stay another week. We camped at Under the Stars Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Tip for Other Campers:
Close to the Ohio University, there's also many trails and hiking activities. Local breweries and young adult centered town.
