  Russ Norton The Buddy Holly Center was interesting, and the American Windmill Museum was fantastic. The National Ranching Heritage Center was a bit of a disappointment. Taquaria Jalisco (23rd & Ave Q) and Bigham's Smokehouse (Milwaukee Ave) were both excellent, as was Loco's Restaurant in Littlefield (about 20 minutes NW of Lubbock).
