Tip for Other Campers:
Museum of 76 was interesting. Get gas in Deadwood as its cheaper. We also di the Boot Hill Tour which was interesting. You can drive to the cemetery, but not with an RV of any size as parking lot is small. Tour gives you fun anecdotes. Walk around town; its interesting has signage with various stories/facts. Cozy campground convenient to Deadwood area. Lovely scenic drives all around. Clean amenities. We camped at Steel Wheel Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Drive Spearfish canyon scenic byway. Lots of nice trails to beautiful waterfalls. Hike to top of Mount Roosevelt was well worth it for the views.

- CampingScubaGal museum of 76 was interesting. Get gas in Deadwood as its cheaper. We also di the Boot Hill Tour which was interesting. Was a nice place to stay while we visited Deadwood. We camped at Steel Wheel Campground in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
You have to climb and descend the mountain to go to or return from Deadwood.

Super friendly staff. Clean park. Pretty busy along Hwy 385 but in a good location! We camped at Steel Wheel Campground in a Motorhome.
