RVRuss Make sure you have plenty of sewer hoses to reach the sewer connection which is located to the rear of the RV site. We had 30 feet and it was all stretched out in order to reach and it was uphill as well.

Buttercup62 Seed grass area at first snow and stay off for one season. Speed bumps especially down road next to pool. Said no fireworks but know one policed it. 4th of July was outrageous
