“Quiet. Tennis courts, volleyball ball courts, and basketball courts were in unusable shape.”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Campsites were large, clean, and very spread out. Nice hour-long hikes throughout the park. Many ways to shop, get food, etc available within minutes of the park. We will return if we pass this way...

Nightly Rate: $30 USD

Tip for Other Campers:
The park is located on the outskirts of Laredo. We drove into Laredo but did not find much of interest to see or do. We did enjoy the trails and biked around the park. Lots of fishing going on!

“Very dirty campground”
Nightly Rate: $15 USD
The sites are okay. Full hookup. Somewhat close together. No items to purchase at the office. The area around the lake was very trashy. The lake was low, but when I started trying to fish, I ended up...

“Nice walking trails”
Nightly Rate: $17 USD
We stayed here for the first time recently as we're trying to visit all the Texas State Parks and had never been to the Laredo area before. It appears that there are 2 ladies in the office and 2 men...

Tip for Other Campers:
There is a new shopping area about 6 miles north of the campground with HEB groceries, Walmart, restaurants and shops. It is not the closest but is the nicest.
