“Quiet and low key.”

I would suggest editing your directions in order to avoid a tough road to enter your campground. Texas 16 east from Kerrville to your site is not a good route with a Tow Behind. A better route would...

Beautiful park with friendly staff. No cell service, but their WiFi was sufficient. Saw deer in evening. Be sure to take the truck route. Dont take 16 direct from Kerrville, come in from...

Dont take 16 from Kerrville. Take the truck route to Medina. Come in via Bandera/Medina. Steep and curvy road from park to Kerrville.

We have been to this park many times since we first started RVing ten years ago. Used to have a great fishing pond but that is now dry. They do have a nice hiking trail, great amenities including a...

Tip for Other Campers:
Drive into Medina and visit the Apple Store (as in the fruit), Walmart and HEB in Kerrville, and either Bandera or Kerrville for restaurants. Great spot to use as home base for a 3 sisters ride too!

Nice park. Preston the general manager was awesome. Our site was a pull through on gravel, our site wasnt level we needed to put blocks under our wheels so we could level without having our tires off...

Fredericksburg about 45 minute drive, is an awesome city with German heritage. Lots of shops and restaurants along with wineries and breweries. Be sure to visit the enchanted rock natural area and hike to the summit. Stop at the Apple general store in Medina for breakfast or lunch, yummy

“Beautiful resort nestled in the heart of Hill Country. ”

We stayed just two nights with our travel trailer. Very level sights all with gorgeous views of very large rolling hills. Bathroom/shower facilities are a bit dated but well maintained. A nice clean...

Tip for Other Campers:
Massive dog run area on the property but not fully fenced. Kerrville nearby has many dining/shopping options and a super quaint old Main Street. Medina is about a 20 minute drive. Very small town but we had a great lunch at The Apple Store. Cute souvenir shop with delicious ice cream!
